EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We hope you love your Studio ALMA pieces! 
In order to ensure a satisfied customer, we exchange items when available. 
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or a suitable exchange is not available, we can accept some returns.

All EXCHANGES & RETURNS must be Unused or Unworn merchandise in original condition with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt, or for store credit within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

ALL Custom Orders, Special Orders, Sale items & Gift Cards are purchased with an "absolutely no return policy". Also, intimate or personal care items such as our nursing pads are not eligible for return.

***Subtle variation is a lovely attribute of natural materials and not seen as a flaw. We take great care in handcrafting and curating each piece, however an occasional defect can occur. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a problem or question regarding the quality, materials, or organic certifications for items in your purchase.
